16 Ways to Have a Great Day + A Printable!

I made a list of things that make my day go from average to great (I mean, when I do a few of these things in a day). And then I decided to share it on this blog 😀

1.Laugh.
2.Watch the sunrise. Or the sunset. Or maybe both (whatever tickles your pickle).
3.Make someone happy (even if it’s because of a sincere compliment).
4.Talk to someone who makes you happy.
5.Go for a walk.
6.Drink an au natural homemade fruit smoothie.
7.Make a to-do list & cross things off.
8.Take a minute to think about the things you’re thankful for.
9.Watch your favourite movie (or an episode or two of your favourite series).
10.Take a longgggg bath.
11.Cover a page with random doodles.
12.Do something kind for someone else.
13.Make a playlist of happy songs & JAM OUT.
14.Make a list of the things you’re looking forward to.
15.Read a chapter of a book you’ve been meaning to read. Or maybe a chapter of an old favourite.
16.Do some yoga. It’s amazing how it really clears out your mind!
